Your central hub
The portal is your central hub for everything related to your participation at D-Congress.
For example:
You’re more than welcome to decorate your booth with fun and creative elements. However, we kindly ask that all such activities remain within your designated booth area, as space is limited.
That said, if you’re out grabbing a coffee and happen to meet someone along the way, you’re more than welcome to invite them over for a friendly visit to your booth. We love seeing natural interactions and great conversations happen throughout the event.
During move-in days, exhibitor badges can be collected at Entrance 1 (exhibitor entrance) Svenska Mässan Entré F on level 3 via the Gårda Affärscentrum car park.
From 10–12 March, exhibitors can also collect their badges at Entrance 5, the main entrance at Korsvägen.
Exhibitor set-up is available 9 March, Tuesday 07:00 – 22:00. Final details can be found on the Exhibitor Information for D-congress.

Yes, during moving-in and moving-out periods and on exhibition days, staff will be available at the Service Centre to assist.
Limited storage is available on-site. Please contact the exhibition team in advance to request space.

Alcohol may only be served at exhibition stands from 16:30 on Thursday, 11 March.
D-Congress Festival is the cultural heartbeat of D-Congress. Six live acts perform on two stages, bringing together established artists and new discoveries. The evening also includes food, bars, karaoke and gaming, with time to spend together after the conference programme.
No. The Late Night Party is exclusively for D-Congress Festival ticket holders.
Please keep your Festival wristband on your wrist throughout your visit. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
Yes. Your Festival ticket includes food, a welcome drink and one drink voucher.
Until 8 March, you can update the personal details on your ticket directly via your booking confirmation. Simply click the amendment link and edit the details on the ticket. A new confirmation will then be sent to the new contact person.

As a sponsor admin you’ll have to register yourself through the link in your Sponsor Portal.
Booth builders and service personnel, such as baristas, do not need to register through the portal. Temporary service/build passes are available at Entrance 1 (exhibitor entrance) Svenska Mässan Entré F on level 3 via the Gårda Affärscentrum car park.
Meals are not included for booth builders and service personnel.

The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre is in the city centre and easy to find.
Yes. D-Congress participants can book a special rate at Gothia Towers, in the same building as the venue. Rooms at this rate are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.
